What to do with colicky cranky baby?

I have a licensed daycare so I know what you're going through. I've watched colicky babies and honestly the only thing you can do is let them cry. If you've fed and changed them and there's nothing wrong then put the child in a safe place and let them cry. If you think this interferes to much with the other children then you have to be honest with the parents and tell them that you can't watch the child. Colic is a tough thing to go through and it takes it's toll on even the best of parents and caregivers.
