What grades do I need to become a pharmacist or a pharmacologist?

Im in high school, grade 11, right now wih around 90s average. But I'm thinking that there's a lot of smart people out there, so what do I need to become a pharmacist or a pharmacologist. I was thinking of being a doctor before, but I think it would be difficult since I'm not too good with physics. And do universities look at gr. 11 marks?
