Nausea, sweats, back pain, light headed?

I know you should see a doctor, but your being a typical bloke and wont go! you could have the flu,but back pain like that could be a sign of a kidney infection,so really you should pop down to see your doctor for a urine test to rule this out,good luck and get down there now to get to the bottom of this!
