For experimental cooking junkies...I just ?

mixed 600 ml of coca cola, 11gm of yeast and 200 ml of water...within eight hours I had cocoa colored paste on top and yellow water left....did the yeast multiply in the culture and if it did where is it? The yellow brine water or the cocoa paste on top ? Incidentally, watching small bubbles rushing to the bottom bottle of the bottle at once was quite a surprise....I plan to culture the cocoa with white flour next....can't wait to get by yeast test kit...thanks all
