Fukodome for varitek?

Is the trade Varitek straight up for Fukudome fair at all? I am a commissioner in a head to head fantasy baseball league and I have the power to reject trades and I think this trade is extremely unfair but the one manager seems to highly disagree with me. The one manager has JR Towes and wants another catcher, but Fukudome seems to be more than a stretch in terms of production and talent. There are also plenty of bench positions and playable free agents that could be picked up to give you all a better picture. Overall is this a fair trade and should I accept or veto the trade?
