What was that one toy?

It may have been from the late 90's or early in 2000. It was a board with a black surface, and when you would touch it, it had a rainbow gradient affect. I don't know if it was magnetic like Magnadoodle or what..I remember in the commercial, they drew a fish I think. It's bugging me that I can't remember.
