What is that movie anyone remember?

Okay does anyone remember a movie about a boy named conrad who comes ina box and gets delivered to this lady who wants a kid and like theres a factory of kids who are like robots? I can't find anything about it or anyone whose heard of it. I'm sure it's called Conrad and I remember watching it ALL THE TIME like 7 years ago.
