How can i dye socks and possibly sweat pants the right color green to match a t shirt?

my friends and i are making ninja turtles costumes for halloween this year. but we are having a hard time finding green sweat pants that match the color of the costume t shirt we are using. we are also getting tabi socks to more accurately portray a ninja turtle foot. i need a way to dye a pair of white socks and white sweatpants the right shade of green
