FBM Boomer Deduction on Taxes?

I am trying to figure out how to claim the Fleet Ballistic Missile Boomer Deduction on my taxes. This deduction is for 2 crews of a SSBN and allows for a deduction when I am off the boat away from my taxable home (i.e. the boat). I already have a letter from my CO, but unsure how to input these days into TurboTax. Any help would be much appreciated.
