Do many men think that when women are making love to them that they are only thinking about their man?

Most of my male friends think that women only think about heir man when they are having . They are shocked when I laugh and say, "Are you kidding?" Women fantasize about the neighbor, the guy at work, a movie star all the time while making love. In fact, it is rare when women think about only their partner exclusively. Why is this so shocking to men? They do it all the time. If you show me a man who says, "Oh no, I only think of my wife!" I'll show you a liar. Is this really all that shocking to the males?
